To celebrate the retirement of their beloved co-worker, Deb Jensen, LPN, Audubon County Memorial Clinics staff from both Audubon Family Health Care and Exira Medical Clinic gathered together to celebrate their time together working with Deb.
Deb Jensen began her career at ACMH in August, 1978, and retired in December, 2014. After a brief retirement, Deb came back to the ACMH clinic and worked from May, 2015 until January, 2025 when she celebrated her second retirement.
ACMH greatly values the compassion and care she gave to each of her patients during her time working in the clinic. ACMH Physician’s Clinics Director, Heather Toft, BSN, RN, CRHCP said, “Deb will be so missed by staff and patients – her loyalty and in-depth knowledge of our community members cannot be replaced!”
